WEATHER FORECAST FOR 6 MARCH 2024: TEMPORARY AND RAPID IMPROVEMENT.

Transition phase between two low pressure rifts. The rapidly improving weather on a national scale will see a substantial transition phase between two low pressure fields, the first passing at the beginning of the week and the second arriving at the weekend. In this context, atmospheric variability will reign supreme.

Wednesday 6 March.  Marked variability in the morning with more intense and compact local cloud cover in the internal areas along the Apennine ridge. Local precipitation cannot be ruled out. Temperatures slightly increasing in maximum values. Winds of variable direction, rotating from the North West in the afternoon. Calm seas.

Thursday 7 March.  Variable weather with more intense local cloud cover along the Apennines. Possible residual precipitation in the afternoon. Stationary temperatures. Weak winds of variable direction. Calm seas.

Friday 8 March. A day still characterized by variability, but with large clearings particularly along the coastal strip. Temperatures further slightly increasing. Breezy winds. calm seas.
